• Candidate & Professional Data: When you extract or upload data (such as downloading a LinkedIn profile PDF or uploading candidate resumes in bulk), the extension transmits this document data to our secure servers for parsing.
• Job Descriptions (JDs): Job descriptions you input or upload for comparison against candidate resumes are stored securely on our servers to perform matching analytics.

2. Data Handling and Usage

The information collected is used exclusively to deliver the functionality of the Evalia platform:

• Account Management: To authenticate your identity, manage your user profile, and secure your access.
• Resume Parsing & Matching: To process uploaded candidate resumes and LinkedIn profiles, extract text data, and compare them against provided job descriptions to return top-ranking candidate insights.
• Service Improvement: Data is handled securely to run automated algorithms and AI-driven candidate evaluation pipelines.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Secure Server Storage: User account credentials, parsed resume text, candidate profiles, and job descriptions are stored securely on our cloud servers.
• Data Isolation: All data uploaded or processed through your account is strictly siloed. We do not share, cross-pollinate, or sell data across different user accounts or profiles.
• Data Retention: Data remains stored on our servers for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or candidate data to third parties, advertisers, or external data brokers.
